The Festival will have its own currency. You can use cash, credit, or debit to exchange for food and beverage currency. Parking and festival merchandise will also accept cash, credit, or debit.
No outside food or beverage is allowed on the concert grounds. Outside alcohol, food, and beverage are allowed in the campground only. You must be 21 to consume alcohol. Any violation of the law will be grounds for immediate removal with no refund.
Yes, there will be designated chairs/blankets area in general admission. There will also be a designated standing/dancing room-only area in GA.
Yes, there is ADA Parking at the main gate, but it is limited in availability. There are several ticket options for ADA seating and open General Admission.
There are no pets allowed in the concert area, festival grounds, parking lots, or campgrounds, aside from service animals.
Yes, as long as you have the proper tickets and passes for you and your vehicle, you may leave and return when you want. However, there is no in/out for RV’s/Campers.
While there is no age limit, the festival is not recommended for small children. Any child under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult at all times. The adult assumes full responsibility for the child while attending the event.
Certainly! The safety and well-being of all festival attendees are a top priority. First-aid, Medical, Security, Law Enforcement, and Fire & Rescue teams will be on site.

You will receive your wristband when your ticket is scanned upon entry. Please bring your original confirmation or e-ticket.
Event tickets are available to the general public through your charitable donation only. The Charity Pros Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that produces fundraiser events, concerts, and festivals to support our local programs and helps to support other local non-profits in our community. Donations are not refundable under any conditions. If an event is postponed before the start of the scheduled event, tickets will be exchanged for a rescheduled date of the event. This is a rain-or-shine event; no refunds or exchanges will be given because of weather conditions. The Harvest Nights Music Festival or Charity Pros Inc. are not responsible for tickets sold or purchased through a third-party ticketing site; they may not be honored. The artist lineup is subject to change without notice. Harvest Nights is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten tickets, passes, or wristbands. There will be a fee to replace them.
No, your wristbands will be issued at the front gate once your ticket is scanned. If you have purchased a VIP-level reserved seat ticket before November 1st, the VIP credentials will be mailed to the registered mailing address approximately two weeks before the event. If you purchased on or after November 1, you will pick up your package at the Will Call window at the Box Office.
No, we offer 3-day tickets and single-day tickets.
