  • Friday: Parking, Box Office & the Festival Villiage open at 2 pm, Festival Gates open at 4 pm, Show at 5:30 pm
  • Saturday: Parking, Box Office & the Festival Villiage opens at Noon, Gates open at 1:30 pm, Show at 3:15 pm
  • Sunday: Parking, Box Office & the Festival Village opens at Noon, Gates open at 1:30 pm, Show at 3 pm

The Party Patio & Bar at the Festival Village will be open at the front gates:

  • Friday: @2pm
  • Sat & Sun: @Noon

*NEED TO KNOW- The festival will use its own currency during the event for all food & beverage. There will be currency exchange locations around the grounds near all food & beverage purchase points. However, please save time in line and exchange currency at the festival village before entering the festival bowl. 


Please respect the event, facility, authority, rules & policies at all times. This event is on the reservation of the Seminole Tribe of Florida and is always under their jurisdiction as a sovereign Nation. 

Rules & Policies

  • Event tickets are available to the general public through your charitable donation only. The Charity Pros Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that produces fundraiser events, concerts, and festivals to support our local programs and helps to support other local non-profits in our community. Donations are not refundable under any conditions. If an event is postponed before the start of the scheduled event, tickets will be exchanged for a rescheduled date of the event. This is a rain-or-shine event; no refunds or exchanges will be given because of weather conditions. All artists and bands advertised are under contract to perform, lineups may change without notice or refund.

    The Harvest Nights Music Festival or the Charity Pros Inc., are not responsible for tickets sold or purchased through a third-party ticketing site, they may not be honored. The artist lineup is subject to change without notice. Harvest Nights is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten tickets, passes, or wristbands. There will be a fee to replace them. 

  • Roadside sales or scalped tickets will NOT be honored. Third-party ticket brokers are not approved vendors. Harvest Nights assumes no risk in tickets purchased from third parties and is not obligated to honor them.
  • All people attending the Harvest Nights Music Fest do so at their own risk. Owners, managers, promoters, sponsors, or others associated with the event, including The Charity Pros Inc. or the Seminole Tribe of Florida, assume no liability.
  • You must have your ID to purchase alcohol or to pick up tickets at Will Call.
  • Wristbands are non-transferable
  • For our festival attendees' safety, we will conduct bag searches and require everyone to pass through metal detectors or be subject to wand searches and pat-downs. These measures are in place to ensure the well-being and security of all those in attendance.
  • All vehicles on the Seminole Reservation are subject to search at any time. 
  • You must have a wristband to be on the festival grounds. 
  • Harvest Nights Festival, Security or Law enforcement retains the right to refuse entry or remove a guest at any time without a refund. 
  • A clear plastic or vinyl bag no bigger than 12x6x12 will make getting in much quicker. Small Bags are allowed but will slow you down getting in the event. 
  • NO tailgating at any time on the Seminole Reservation land; this will be strictly enforced. The Party Patio at the main gate will be open 4 hours before the concert.
  • YES, you may bring chairs and blankets for the GA Lawn area. There will be designated areas for chairs, blankets, and standing room only. 

These items are not allowed:

  • Outside food or beverage - unless you are in the campground.
  • Guns, knives, or weapons of any kind.
  • Tents or umbrellas.
  • Animals - unless registered service animals.
  • Illegal substances.
  • Laser pointers.
  • Chains or chain wallets.
  • Fireworks.
  • Flags.
  • Professional cameras, video cameras or recording devices. 

Notice Of Filming And Photography

When you enter the Harvest Nights Music Festival (HNMF) event, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by HNMF and its affiliates/representatives. Images, photos, and/or videos may be used to promote similar HNMF events in the future, highlight the event, and exhibit the capabilities of HNMF. You release HNMF, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video, and/or sound recordings. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment of royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by HNMF or the person or entity designated to do so by HNMF. When you enter HNMF, you have consented to a waiver of liability.
