Megan Maloney — Founder

President/Executive Director Megan Maloney is a young entrepreneur and Founder of Charity Pro Travel, a revolutionary online travel company that raises funds for charities around the globe. Megan believes that a successful life entails helping others and making a real difference in this world, thus bringing the Charity Pros together with a shared passion for advocating for children’s causes. With a focus on children’s health, poverty, education, protection, and gender equality, Megan is fulfilling her true passion for changing the world and helping kids live their best life.

Keith & Mary Hudson — Founding Member

Vice President Keith Hudson and his wife, Mary, are accomplished authors, motivational speakers, and life coaches with a true passion for helping others. As CEO of Hudson Ministries, Keith and Mary are a dynamic couple that has been ministering around the globe for over 40 years. As Charity Pros, the Hudson’s are passionate about children’s social causes and a focus on poverty, education, and gender equality. The Hudsons have three adult children, Katy (Artist Katy Perry), Angela, and David, along with three beautiful grandchildren.

Rick Schneider — Chief Strategy Officer/ Director

Online travel pioneer Rick Schneider, who recently retired from Priceline as the Vice President of Global Business Development for the Priceline Partner Network, has quickly emerged in the world of philanthropy. With over thirty years in the development of the billion-dollar travel space, Rick is now focused on giving back. Recently named as Chief Strategy Officer and Partner at Charity Pro Travel, an upstart travel company that raises funds for charities around the globe, Rick’s early retirement has fired up a passion to help make a difference. Rick, a long time Florida resident, spent many of his early years in radio, television broadcasting, and entertainment.

Brad Maloney — Founding Member/Volunteer

Brad brings over 35 years of leadership experience as an entrepreneur and corporate executive in the hospitality industry. As the father of Megan Maloney, the duo developed the Charity Pro Travel concept & business model. With 20+ years in entertainment and event management, Brad has an extensive background in fundraising and creating special events, concerts, festivals, and live entertainment opportunities. His experience has cultivated and developed working relationships with many local and national charities and with agents, management, and some of the biggest entertainers in the country. Moving to Ft. Myers for college in 1982, Brad is a father of two girls and with a granddaughter, Brad has always had a passion for children's charities with a focus on health and making kids' dreams come true.

Bruce & Noelle Cramer- Vice President/Treasurer

Bruce & Noelle Cramer — Founding Member

Secretary/Treasurer Bruce and Noelle Cramer of Sanibel have over 70 years of business and entrepreneurial pursuits between them in the Milwaukee/Chicagoland area, covering sales, IT, operations, supply chain, real estate, construction, investment, and philanthropy. Bruce recently retired from executive leadership at W.W. Grainger Inc and has enjoyed many years in the music and entertainment industry. As Charity Pros, they’ll continue focusing on children’s learning variabilities, disadvantaged youth well-being, and LGBTQ issues. They have six children between them ranging from age 18 to 34 (3 Girls/3 Boys), providing diverse parenting experiences as well.

Steve Holloway — Founding Member

Steve Hollaway is a Husband, Father, Veteran, and Entrepreneur. With over 15 years in the IT and business marketing management world, he is an accomplished marketer and IT director. Steve has grown online distribution channels, marketing agencies, and basketball organizations from inception to fruition. He co-founded an Autism charity and has worked directly with organizations, developing them into power-house agencies. Steve laid the technical groundwork for what Charity Pro Travel has become today. While serving in the U.S. Army, Steve received numerous awards for his service related to meritorious actions in a combat zone.

Larrie Hedrick — Board of Directors

Larrie Hedrick served the Lee County community for over 24 years as a professional firefighter. Larrie started his career in 1984 at South Trail Fire District in Ft. Myers, retiring as Batallion Chief of Cape Coral Fire Department in 2008. Larrie served 17 years as a Trustee on the Cape Coral Municipal Firefighters Pension Board and 10 years as Treasurer of the Cape Coral Professional Firefighters Association Local 2424. Larrie has also served as a board member of Diamond Resorts International for 15 years. Larrie continues to enjoy retirement by traveling and serving on the board of The Charity Pros with a passion to help make a difference in our surrounding communities.

Chante Pemberton - Board of Directors

Naples resident Chante Pemberton has been connecting friends, business partners, and leaders in the Southwest Florida community for over 35 years. As the founder of Chante Connects, she is on a mission to transform businesses. She is passionate about forging meaningful connections and specializes in being a dedicated Business Concierge, bringing people together for the greater good. Her extensive work with local businesses and several community-wide initiatives has led to the development of policy changes, enhanced community well-being initiatives, growth of several non-profit organizations, and increased revenue through strategic partnerships.

Chante has served on several committees and boards for local chambers and nonprofits in Lee and Collier County. Chante has been happily married for 26 years to Kim Pemberton, the former President of the Naples Ferrari club and Founder of the Cars on Fifth, the largest one-day event in Naples for the past 18 years. They have one son and two beautiful golden retrievers.
